Lepka Gagoska manages a complex portfolio of lab sponsored research. She has previous research administration experience at different departments at MIT, managing complex portfolios, mentoring, and coordinating different projects within the team. Prior to getting involved in the research administration field, Lepka worked as an Auditor at Ernst and Young and in the State Audit Office in Macedonia. She got her CPA certificate in Massachusetts, however research administration ended up being her bigger passion and never pursued the audit career in USA.
