Julia Losner ’21 is an undergraduate in HSCRB, studying human developmental and regenerative biology. She is doing research on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease) in a yearlong course.
She says that science complements her natural curiosity: “You’re never satisfied with the answers you get because every answer leads to more questions and you want to dig down to the most molecular level to solve macro problems.”
