Michelle Wong is the Senior Financial Officer, responsible for the full spectrum of financial operations in cash management, including day-to-day financial systems implementation and the department’s interpretation of the University’s financial/spending policies. She assists HSCRB faculty with contract reviews and funding plans (equipment and service level), effort commitment, and incentives. Michelle is an essential resource for department-wide budgetary and financial integrity, and is responsible for the structuring all gift, endowment, and unrestricted fund accounts.
